Consultant Critical Care Specialist

Lead multidisciplinary management of critically ill patients requiring organ support. Conduct structured ICU rounds, manage sepsis and shock, perform appropriate procedures within credentials and communicate with families and referring specialties. Support antimicrobial stewardship, safety bundles, documentation and ICU quality improvement.

Continental Hospitals seeks a clinician who can combine sound judgement in Critical Care with reliable teamwork, structured follow-up and active participation in departmental safety and audit processes.

Duty timing: 08:00 AM–04:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Timings may be adjusted by the hospital for emergencies, procedures, ward rounds or on-call requirements.

Eligibility: MD/DNB with DM/DrNB/FNB Critical Care or equivalent with valid medical registration as applicable. Expected experience: 3+ years. The salary shown is an indicative recruitment range and must be verified with the recruiting organization before publication or appointment.
