Consultant General Physician

Deliver adult internal-medicine care for acute illness, chronic disease and patients with multiple comorbidities. Conduct OPD consultations and inpatient rounds, plan investigations, review medicines and coordinate specialty referrals. Support preventive care, safe discharge planning and continuity through accurate documentation and patient counselling.

The successful doctor will strengthen the General Medicine team at Sakra World Hospital, supporting evidence-based decisions, clear documentation and multidisciplinary planning across relevant patient pathways.

Duty timing: 11:00 AM–07:00 PM with emergency call as rostered. Timings may be adjusted by the hospital for emergencies, procedures, ward rounds or on-call requirements.

Eligibility: MD/DNB General Medicine with valid medical registration as applicable. Expected experience: 3+ years. The salary shown is an indicative recruitment range and must be verified with the recruiting organization before publication or appointment.
