Consultant Medical Oncologist

Manage patients requiring systemic anticancer therapy through outpatient clinics, inpatient consultation and multidisciplinary tumour boards. Develop treatment plans, monitor treatment toxicity, coordinate supportive care and communicate goals and precautions to patients. Collaborate with surgical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, radiology and pharmacy.

Apollo Hospitals Chennai seeks a clinician who can combine sound judgement in Oncology with reliable teamwork, structured follow-up and active participation in departmental safety and audit processes.

Duty timing: 09:30 AM–06:30 PM with one weekly off. Timings may be adjusted by the hospital for emergencies, procedures, ward rounds or on-call requirements.

Eligibility: MD Medicine / DM Medical Oncology or equivalent with valid medical registration as applicable. Expected experience: 3+ years. The salary shown is an indicative recruitment range and must be verified with the recruiting organization before publication or appointment.
