Lead specialist care for premature and critically ill newborns in neonatal services. The neonatologist will supervise NICU management, delivery-room stabilization, respiratory and nutritional care, family counselling and multidisciplinary decision-making. Responsibilities include clinical governance, neonatal safety protocols, documentation and coordination with obstetrics, pediatric surgery and other specialty services.
