Consultant Neurosurgeon

Provide neurosurgical evaluation for cranial, spinal and emergency neurological conditions. Plan operative and non-operative management, perform procedures within granted privileges and supervise perioperative recovery. Coordinate with neurology, radiology, anaesthesia, ICU and rehabilitation while maintaining informed consent, surgical safety and follow-up standards.

Working from Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, this role contributes to Fortis Hospital Shalimar Bagh's Neurosurgery pathway with emphasis on continuity of care, safe escalation, documentation and respectful counselling. Duty timing: Day duty 08:00 AM–05:00 PM plus departmental on-call roster. The final roster may change for emergencies, procedures, ward rounds or on-call requirements.
