Consultant Surgical Oncologist

Assess patients with solid malignancies and deliver surgical oncology care from staging review through postoperative surveillance. Participate in tumour boards, plan and perform cancer operations within privileges and coordinate perioperative treatment with medical and radiation oncology. Contribute to cancer-care protocols, documentation and surgical quality review.

At Fortis Hospital Bengaluru, the appointee will join the Oncology service at Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru, coordinating care with nursing, diagnostics and allied specialties while maintaining timely handovers and patient communication.

Duty timing: 10:00 AM–05:00 PM clinics with procedure/on-call duties as scheduled. Timings may be adjusted by the hospital for emergencies, procedures, ward rounds or on-call requirements.

Eligibility: MS General Surgery / MCh Surgical Oncology or equivalent with valid medical registration as applicable. Expected experience: 3+ years. The salary shown is an indicative recruitment range and must be verified with the recruiting organization before publication or appointment.
