Senior Resident - General Medicine

Support consultant-led medical care across inpatient wards, emergency referrals and supervised clinics. Perform assessments, review investigations, prepare treatment plans, coordinate consultations and respond to deteriorating patients. Participate in handovers, teaching, clinical audit and departmental quality activities.

The successful doctor will strengthen the General Medicine team at Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre, supporting evidence-based decisions, clear patient communication and reliable multidisciplinary planning. Duty timing: 10:00 AM–06:00 PM, six days per week with one weekly off. The final roster may change for emergencies, procedures, ward rounds or on-call requirements.
