Senior Resident - General Surgery

Work with the surgical unit in emergency assessment, inpatient rounds, perioperative care and supervised operative practice according to competence. Review investigations, prepare patients for procedures, monitor postoperative recovery and support junior colleagues. Participate in on-call coverage, documentation and surgical audit.

Working from Sushant Lok I, Gurugram, this role contributes to Max Hospital Gurugram's General Surgery pathway with emphasis on continuity of care, safe escalation, documentation and respectful counselling. Duty timing: 08:00 AM–04:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. The final roster may change for emergencies, procedures, ward rounds or on-call requirements.
