Staff Nurse - ICU

Provide bedside nursing for critically ill adults, including continuous monitoring, medication administration, ventilator-care support, intake-output charting and rapid escalation of clinical deterioration. The nurse will participate in multidisciplinary ICU rounds, maintain infection-control bundles, assist with central-line and arterial-line care, document nursing assessments accurately and communicate changes to intensivists and families. Candidates should be comfortable with rotational shifts and high-acuity patients. BLS is expected and ACLS training is preferred. Experience with infusion pumps, bedside monitors and emergency response protocols will be valuable.

At Max Super Speciality Hospital Mohali, this Critical Care position will work within the Mohali clinical team and contribute to safe, patient-centred nursing from admission through handover or discharge.
