Staff Nurse - NICU

Provide specialized nursing for premature and sick newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit. Duties include thermal care, feeding support, medication administration, oxygen and monitor observation, infection-prevention measures, accurate weight and fluid documentation, and assistance during neonatal procedures. Nurses will work closely with neonatologists and counsel parents on hygiene, feeding and safe newborn care. The role requires meticulous attention to small dosage calculations and early recognition of changes in a baby's condition. Previous NICU experience and neonatal resuscitation training are preferred.
